Generous annual leave
Through our salary sacrifice scheme you can exchange salary for up to 10 days or 74 hours extra leave per financial year – or pro rata for part time staff. In appreciation of long and loyal employees, we offer additional leave of 1 extra day per year for the first five years’ service and up to 2 for ten years’ service.
Please be aware that benefits which are classed as salary sacrifice will result in your earnings being recorded as lower than the stated salary for your post and this may impact on other payments longer term, for example, your pension.
Car parking permit scheme
We offer a scheme which reduces the cost of parking in Doncaster to around £2 a day, or less if you buy the monthly or annual pass.
Car lease scheme (salary sacrifice)
Offers all the advantages of having a new vehicle without the hassle and maintenance costs of owning it. Through our scheme, the cost of the vehicle is deducted from your salary before tax.

Learning with the Trust
When you join the Trust, you will have an induction period where you will get to know all of our systems, procedures and policies. You will also keep on learning at the Trust, with access to online training, monthly 'stop the clock sessions', and access courses with South Yorkshire Teaching Partnership and many more.
Continuous service
The Trust is registered with the Redundancy Modification Order scheme and recognises the transfer of continuous service from Local Authorities and other specified bodies.
An excellent pension scheme
At the Trust you will a part of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Every month, if you wish to, you can make Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) to help boost your Local Government Pension Scheme.
