If you are unhappy with the Trust’s services it is often quicker to sort the problem out by talking to a social worker or a manager within the service. Most issues are sorted out this way.
If you aren’t happy with doing it that way you can contact us to make a complaint.
Making a complaint
The quickest way to tell us is to call our Customer Experience Manager, Dawn Jones, on 01302 862 845 between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can leave a message if the office is closed and we will get back to you.
You can also make a complaint by:
- filling in our 'make your voice heard form' - which you can download at the bottom of the page
