Amanda, agency social worker turned permanent

Asked why she transferred from agency work to join the Doncaster Children’s Services Trust on a permanent contract, social worker Amanda said: “I’ve re-discovered the joy of social work.”

Veronica came to Doncaster in 2005 as children’s social worker, driven by a desire to support young people in the town she was born and raised in.
