Competitive rates of pay

Our minimum rate of pay is the living wage hourly rate.

Defined benefit pension scheme

You will automatically be enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme and you can apply to transfer any current pensions into this scheme.

Generous annual leave entitlement

Depending on salary scale, leave entitlements range from 26 to 30 days. We also offer with an extra three days for five years of continuous service and a further two days for 10 years of continuous service. The Trust recognises continuous service from local government employers.

Discounted parking

We offer a scheme which reduces the cost of parking in Doncaster to around £2 a day, or less if you buy the monthly or annual pass.

Pool cars for work travel

You can buy vouchers through salary deductions giving a saving on your National Insurance and tax deductions.

Continuous service

The Trust is registered with the Redundancy Modification Order scheme and recognises the transfer of continuous service from Local Authorities and other specified bodies.
