Working within a highly skilled performance team this role is to develop performance and business intelligence reporting from an Early Help & Social Care case management system. Using industry standard reporting tools the Performance Analyst will support teams across the Trust to exceed high performance on our journey to Outstanding.

The Trust has high expectations and is well on the road to an Outstanding service. In recent inspections our Fostering and Adoptions services have been graded as Outstanding, whilst the Trust achieved a Good rating in November 2017.

During a period of transition to a new case management system the successful candidate would be part of a team that will be revolutionising our reporting. Experience of MOSAIC or Liquid Logic with the ability to extract and develop reporting from either SSRS Report Builder, Power BI and Power Query, SQL or Business Objects would be an advantage and place the candidate in a very strong position.
