This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our innovative team supporting our young people and families in Doncaster.

We are currently recruiting to a number of permanent full time Personal Advisor posts within the Inspiring Futures Team, Leaving Care Team, part of the Doncaster Children’s Services Trust.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with children, young people and their families, and we would particularly welcome those applicants who have recent experience working with Care Experienced young people.

You need to be committed to achieving positive outcomes for young people who have multiple vulnerabilities and face barriers to success in many areas of their lives.

You should have a proven track record of establishing positive and meaningful relationships with young people and be able to manage challenges and balance multiple demands on your time. Having well-developed report writing and planning skills is a key requirement of the post.

Our leaving care service is a busy team working with a growing number of young people. With our partners across Doncaster, we aim to develop a high quality service provision.

The successful candidate will support a number of Care Leavers and Children in Care (working alongside the Social Worker), will be responsible for pathway planning and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes in all aspects of their lives.
