The EPIC team hit the right note when they attended the Consibrough Music Festival at the weekend.
Their mobile team -Team Around The Street - delivered free zorbing sessions to local young people as a way of raising the profile of their work in the area, as well as ensuring there was lots of fun to be had.
Commenting on the day, team worker Chris Lambert said: “We talked with well over 100 young people as part of our on-going aim to reduce youth anti-social behaviour (ASB) and crime, as well as promoting positive life choices and creating opportunities for them to get involved in.
"This was followed up with a crime and consequence session to over 200 students aged 13 -15 at De Warren Academy and the delivery of the Think Forward programme to 10 young people identified as at risk of engaging is ASB or crime."
“I couldn’t have asked for a better social worker.”
